Uncharted Waters Origin's latest update, "The Lighthouse of the Ruins," introduces a challenging new PvE event, a fresh S-grade Admiral, and several new crew members. This update also includes a revamped Mate Growth system.
The Lighthouse of the Ruins: A Monthly PvE Challenge
This month's event, "The Lighthouse of the Ruins," is a tiered PvE challenge where players ascend through levels, battling enemies and earning rewards like Blue Gems and Shipbuilding Accelerations. Rewards are substantial for completing certain levels, and the event resets monthly, allowing players to retain half their progress each time. Each attempt costs 10 energy, with 8 refunded upon failure. Redo items are not permitted, and rank rewards are awarded only once per month.
New Admiral and Crew Members
The update introduces William Adams, a renowned English navigator, as a new S-grade Admiral. Additionally, new Mates (Naoe Kanetsugu, Togo Grimani) and Employee Mates (Ga Eunjeong, Tatsumaru) have joined the roster.
Transcendence: Enhanced Mate Growth
The new "Transcendence" system enhances Mate growth. After maximizing Premium Training for a Mate, Transcendence unlocks, adding an extra Effect slot. The required Tome of Transcendence can be obtained from the Lighthouse of the Ruins, Arctic Waters Land Training, and a Cape Town smuggling ring assistant captain.
Combat Support Special Attendance Event
A limited-time Combat Support Special Attendance Event runs until November 5th. Simply logging in grants players 60 Tomes of Transcendence, 40 Highest Combat Appointments, a Birch Board, and equipment including the Marxbrüder Zweihänder & Rüstung.
