How to Begin The Lost Shipment Quest

Locate the Brannof Hall Dining Room, conveniently situated near Brannof Boulevard, accessible from the Town Square. Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and enlist your aid. Crucially, speak to him again to receive vital clues before proceeding.

Completing The Lost Shipment Quest

This quest involves two separate investigative paths. Remember to remove any Town Guard attire before questioning anyone.

Questioning Captain Shirker

Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible, docked in the town's southeast. After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat in Town Square. He'll lead you to The Illusion, a weapons dealer. To retrieve the weapons, you must impersonate "Sam," requiring a monobrow.

Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (8 Silver and 280 Copper for the monobrow).

Now, proceed to The Hooked Hand.

Investigating The Hooked Hand

The Hooked Hand restaurant (near Eel Street) holds your next clue. After speaking with several patrons, you'll be directed to The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

The stall (past Eel Street Bridge) requires a Fetid Flounder (Fishing Skill Level 25). Use a Quill, Ink, and Paper (found on Lord Brannof's desk) to write a note and place it inside the fish.

Give the fish to the Fishmonger, hide, and observe the Furtive Stranger.

Follow him to Monab Row. Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove Guard gear). Identify yourself as "Sam" to gain entry. Defeat the Level 30 thief, retrieve the Plumbatae, and return them to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
