A key addition is the Rogue Momentum system, revolutionizing combat. Defeating enemies and completing combat tasks builds momentum. While standard kills provide a small boost, critical hits, skill combos, multi-kills, and eliminating elite enemies significantly accelerate progress. This momentum enhances abilities, offering faster movement, quicker reloads, increased damage, and faster firing speeds. Reaching peak momentum activates Overcharge, dramatically reducing ability cooldowns.
Beyond enhanced combat, the season introduces new weapons and gear. Warlords of New York DLC and Year 1 Pass holders gain 50 extra inventory slots. Highlights include the exotic SMG, Oxpecker, and the tactical Exodus gloves. Two new brands, Refactor and Shiny Monkey, offer innovative gear options, while named weapons like the Rusty Classic RPK-74 and Goalie FAL provide unique talents for customized builds. Available across all platforms, Ubisoft welcomes player feedback to shape future updates.
