Schedule 1's developer has shared a sneak peek at the next update, introducing a new building, a Jukebox, and more. Dive into the details of what’s coming in the upcoming patch and a potential map expansion on the horizon.
Schedule 1 remains a top performer on Steam, with regular updates keeping it thriving. On May 1, solo developer Tyler shared a glimpse of the next update via a post on X, showcasing what players can anticipate.
Tyler’s post included images highlighting the upcoming patch, which is nearing open beta. The visuals showcased a new building labeled "Stash and Dash," a Jukebox that might allow players to customize the game’s music, and an intriguing empty corridor.
While no official release date has been confirmed for the update, it will first launch in the beta branch before going live. Players can access the beta by adjusting their Steam settings for Schedule 1 to enable beta participation. Further details are still under wraps, but fans can explore the game’s Trello board for insights into TVGS’s plans and progress.

Recently, Tyler hosted his inaugural Twitch dev stream, engaging with fans and revealing his vision for the game’s future. During the stream, he showcased 3D modeling work and discussed plans for an upcoming map expansion.
Tyler aims to introduce a "swampy, slummy area" and expand the upscale part of the town with additional cliffside homes. His long-term vision includes developing an island across from the main area.

While these additions promise to enhance the game, their release may be delayed as Tyler works solo, requiring significant time to complete. Nevertheless, the community is buzzing with excitement for what’s next.
