Xbox Developer Direct 2025 Key Details:
Spotlight on Confirmed Titles:
The showcase will feature three confirmed titles:
South of Midnight: This stylish action-adventure game, developed by Compulsion Games (creators of Contrast and We Happy Few), was initially announced in June 2023. A release date is anticipated during this Developer Direct.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33: A turn-based RPG from Sandfall Interactive (France), targeting a 2025 release. This title is confirmed as a day-one Xbox Game Pass addition.
Doom: The Dark Ages: From id Software, this title was announced in June 2024 and showcased a playable demo at QuakeCon 2024. Rumors suggest a mid-2025 launch.
