Royal Petrol LLP, operator of Royal Petrol and Continent gas stations and mini-markets, offers a loyalty program rewarding customers for their purchases. The program accrues bonus points (Bonuses), provides discounts, and offers special promotions.

Program Eligibility:

The program is open to individuals 14 years or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions in Kazakhstan, and possessing a valid individual identification number (IIN).

Registration and Privacy:

Participation requires completing a Participant Questionnaire, granting Royal Petrol consent to process personal data as defined by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013. Data processing methods include email, messaging apps, SMS, phone calls, mail, and computerized databases. This consent can be revoked in writing.
