Rules of the Game Svara (Svarka)

Svara, also known as Svarka, is an engaging card game played with a deck of 32 cards, ranging from 7 to Ace. It can be enjoyed by a minimum of two players, offering a total of 4960 possible combinations.

Rules

Each player receives three cards dealt in a clockwise direction. The objective is to achieve the highest points, determined by the value of the card combinations:

1. Cards from 7 to 9 are worth 7 to 9 points respectively.
2. Cards 10, J, Q, K are each valued at 10 points.
3. Aces are worth 11 points.
4. Cards of the same suit sum their values. For example, Q♦, K♦, and 10♠ total 20 points, while 10♠, 8♠, and K♥ total 18 points.
5. Aces can be combined regardless of suit: two Aces are worth 22 points, and three Aces total 33 points.
6. The 7♣, known as "Ceco Jonchev, Chechak, Chotora, Shpoka, or Yoncho," can be combined with any other card for 11 points.
7. Three 7s total 34 points, making it the strongest combination in the game.
8. Three of a kind combinations are valued at three times the lead card's value. For instance, three 8s give 24 points (3x8), and three Queens yield 30 points (3x10).

• 7♥, 9♦, 9♣: 9 points (the lowest possible hand).
• 10♠, 10♦, 10♣: 30 points.
• 8♣, K♥, 9♦: 10 points.
• K♥, 9♥, Q♣: 19 points.
• Q♣, Q♥, 9♦: 10 points.
• A♠, A♦, 10♣: 22 points.
• 8♠, A♦, 7♣: 22 points.
• 10♦, 9♦, J♦: 29 points.
• Q♣, Q♥, Q♦: 30 points.
• 7♣, K♥, K♦: 31 points.
• 7♣, A♥, A♦: 33 points.
• Two 7s of any suit: 23 points.

Betting

1. Before dealing, each player places an ante bet.
2. The player to the left of the dealer can make a blind bet before seeing their cards.
3. The next player to the left can double the blind bet if one is made.
4. If a player skips the blind bet, no new blind bets can be placed.
5. After cards are dealt, players make their bets.
6. If a blind bet is in play, the next player must at least double it.
7. To see other players' cards, the player who made the blind bet must pay the bet.
8. If no one pays the blind bet, the player who made the last blind bet wins.
9. The player with the highest points wins the game.
10. If no blind or other bets are made, the dealer wins.
11. If multiple players have the same points, it results in a SVARA.
12. SVARA starts a new game with all bets from the previous round included.
13. Players can join a SVARA by paying the SVARA join fee.
