Samsung introduced six Mini-LED TV models for 2025, and three of them are ready for purchase today. The Neo QLED QN990F and QN900F are true 8K TVs, boasting new anti-glare technology, the One Connect wireless transmitter box, and access to Samsung's Art Store, previously exclusive to the Frame TVs. The 4K Mini-LED lineup includes the QN90F, QN85F, QN80F, and QN70F. The top-tier QN90F features a 165Hz refresh rate, Gen 3 processor, and anti-glare coating similar to the S95F. The QN85F stands out as Samsung's first 100" TV in the mid-range category.

The new OLED lineup includes the S95F, S90F, and S85F, each offering incremental upgrades over their predecessors. The flagship S95F features the new NQ4 AI Gen 3 processor, a 165Hz refresh rate, enhanced anti-glare coating, and an upgraded QD OLED panel with up to 2,000 nits of brightness. The S90F includes the Gen 3 processor, a 144Hz refresh rate with VRR, and a QD OLED panel reaching up to 1,300 nits for models 55" and larger. The S85F, the budget-friendly option, comes with a Gen 2 processor and is currently available for purchase.

The Frame Pro is set to launch this year alongside the standard Frame TV. It will feature a superior Neo QLED Mini-LED panel for vibrant colors, a 144Hz refresh rate, new anti-glare technology, and the "One Connect" box for wireless connectivity. The standard Frame TV will continue to be available at a more affordable price point.
Samsung's 2024 mini LED QN90D refines the user interface and introduces numerous new features that enhance its value. Though pricey, the QN90D's exceptional brightness, color quality, multiple HDMI 2.1 ports, and built-in gaming capabilities justify its cost.
Samsung is embracing AI technology in 2025 with "Vision AI," which recognizes content specifics like actors and settings, offering personalized commentary in real-time. More models will feature AI Upscaling Pro and AI Motion Enhancer Pro for dynamic image optimization, alongside Active Voice Amplifier Pro for enhanced voice clarity, AI Optimization, and AI Energy Mode. Additionally, many TVs will sport a matte-like anti-glare coating, similar to the S95D from 2024, which minimizes reflections without desaturating colors.
