Arknights: Endfield January Beta Test: Expanded Gameplay and New Features

Get ready for the next Arknights: Endfield beta test, launching mid-January 2025! This new phase, announced on December 25, 2024 by Niche Gamer, boasts significant improvements and additions based on player feedback from the previous test.

Expanded Roster and Enhanced Gameplay:

The upcoming beta expands the playable character roster to 15, including two Endministrators, all featuring updated models, animations, and special effects. Players can select from Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and English voiceovers and text.

Combat mechanics have been refined, introducing new combo skills and a dodge mechanic. Item usage and character progression systems have also undergone adjustments for a more streamlined and engaging experience.

Base Building and Story Enhancements:

The base building system receives a significant overhaul with new mechanics and tutorial levels. Expect new defensive structures and the ability to construct and expand factories via outposts in various locations. The storyline has been reworked, and new maps and puzzles await exploration.

Beta Test Sign-Up:

Registration for the beta test opened on December 14, 2024. While the application deadline and beta test start date remain unannounced, selected participants will receive an email notification from GRYPHLINE, including installation instructions.

Arknights: Endfield Content Creator Program Vol. 1:

Concurrently, Arknights: Endfield launched its Content Creator Program Vol. 1 (December 15th - 29th, 2024). Selected creators gain access to the official community, exclusive perks, and special events. Applications are accepted across two categories: gameplay insights (reviews, lore discussions, streams, etc.) and fan creations (memes, art, cosplays, etc.). While meeting the requirements doesn't guarantee selection, applicants should submit links to their past work.
