Norwegian singer Aurora is making a much-anticipated return to Sky: Children of the Light with the new event, AURORA: Homecoming. If you've been keeping up with the game, you'll remember that Aurora has previously enchanted players as a seasonal guide and delivered a record-breaking in-game concert last year.
Mark your calendars! The AURORA: Homecoming event will take place from June 9th to June 22nd, promising a global celebration where players can come together in harmony. Excitingly, this event marks the first time PC players on Steam can join the festivities. The concert will be held at the iconic Coliseum in the clouds, a breathtaking setting for an unforgettable experience.
Fans can look forward to hearing Aurora's popular hits like "Runaway" and "Cure for Me" during the concert. As always, her enchanting voice will guide players through an emotional journey throughout the event, making it more than just a concert but a deeply immersive experience.
The timing of the event is particularly special as it coincides with Aurora's return to her home in Norway after a global tour. June 15th also marks a community birthday celebration for her, turning the event into a unique blend of concert, homecoming, and fan gathering.

The first Aurora concert in Sky: Children of the Light took place in 2023, attracting over 10,000 players at once and earning a Guinness World Record for the most users in a concert-themed virtual world. The magic and excitement of that event are set to return next month with AURORA: Homecoming.
This event will also bring back popular cosmetics from past years, including the AURORA wings, allowing players to relive the concert experience and share it with friends. The 'Cure for Me' dance emote will also be available, adding to the excitement.
