Cyberpunk 2077: How to Romance Panam

This guide details how to romance Panam Palmer in Cyberpunk 2077. Note: This romance is only available to Male V.

Prerequisites: Reach Act 2 and ensure you're playing as Male V.

Essential Quests: The following quests are crucial for progressing Panam's romance storyline. Completing them in order is vital.

1. Complete Ghost Town:

This main job begins after "Playing for Time." Help Panam retrieve her car and subsequently assist her in seeking revenge against Nash. Key dialogue choices include agreeing to help Panam ("OK. So where’s this hideout?") and expressing concern for her well-being ("Feel better now?"). At the Sunset Motel, choose either "To your ride!" or "To what’s ahead!" when toasting, and then flirt with Panam by suggesting a single room ("Maybe we get just one room?").

2. Complete Lightning Breaks:

This mission follows Ghost Town. The dialogue choices here have minimal impact on the romance. Focus on assisting Panam and completing the objectives.

3. Complete Life During Wartime:

Continue to support Panam. Choose "I’m sorry about Scorpion" when discussing Mitch's death. When confronted by the Aldecaldos, defend Panam by selecting "It really wasn’t Panam’s fault." After the mission, respond to Panam's message with: "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait several in-game hours/days before proceeding.

4. Complete Riders of the Storm:

Respond to Panam's request for help with "We’re chooms, that’s why," and choose "Yeah, ‘course" when offered a ride. Save Saul from the Wraiths. During the sandstorm argument, choose either "Let’s take it easy – you’re both tired" or "Shitty idea, Panam’s right." At the motel, engage in flirtatious dialogue: "Pleased with your stay, ma’am?", "You’d be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma’am", or "[Touch Panam’s thigh] Got a few ideas." The next morning, initiate a conversation with "[Stop Panam] Wait. About last night…" This will lead to a romantic moment.

5. Complete With a Little Help from My Friends:

Agree to help Panam ("OK, I’m in") and choose "I’m riding with you." During the conversation at the communications tower, select the following dialogue options: "[Stand by window] Missed you," "So let’s start," "Great plan. What went wrong?", "So far, so good," "Why’s it different with me?", and "[Touch Panam’s hand] Next time, try following that impulse." At the campfire, choose "[Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold."

6. Complete Queen of the Highway:

After a day, Panam will contact you. Flirting with Panam ("Nice and cozy in here") will lead to a romantic encounter. After the Basilisk battle, choose "[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let’s go."
