Bandai Namco states the patch ensures "optimal stability and gameplay enhancements for players entering Limveld for the first time."

Developer Insights on Game Design

In IGN's interview with director Junya Ishizaki, he explained the decision to focus on solo and trio gameplay modes, acknowledging the omission of dedicated duo play:

"We prioritized balancing for three-player co-op, which remained our core focus throughout development," Ishizaki admitted. "While we incorporated strong solo play options, the absence of a dedicated duo mode was an oversight we're evaluating for future updates."

Players teaming up as pairs will temporarily need to accommodate a third random teammate. This could prove unexpectedly advantageous – your matchmade companion might be a skilled ally.
