Zakka is your go-to vendor for a variety of weapons and combat items, including the Flare Knife, which you can purchase for 3,000 Entitlement Points.

To prepare for battle with the Flare Knife, head to the Loadout menu within the Personal Responsibility Portal. Here, select an available slot under Combat Items. If you've acquired a Flare Knife, it will be listed, ready for you to equip and bring into your next Operation.
