The character slated for Version 5.4 has been identified as Mizuki, a five-star Anemo catalyst user from the Inazuma region. Mizuki's silhouette aligns with the design currently in the 5.4 beta phase, and as no other five-star characters are mentioned, it seems likely she will be the sole new five-star addition in this update.
