UniqKiller: A Customizable Top-Down Shooter Heading to Mobile and PC
Spotted at Gamescom Latam, UniqKiller, developed by Sao Paulo-based HypeJoe Games, is making waves in the mobile gaming scene. This top-down shooter boasts extensive customization options, setting it apart in a crowded market. Its presence at Gamescom, evidenced by a busy booth and widely seen HypeJoe branded bags, suggests significant pre-release interest.

HypeJoe aims to differentiate UniqKiller through its isometric perspective and, more importantly, its deep customization features. The developers recognize the growing desire for player individuality, allowing players to craft unique characters, or "Uniqs," with extensive visual and skill-based options. Further customization unlocks are earned through gameplay, impacting both appearance and combat style.

The game features standard multiplayer elements, including Clans, Clan Wars, special events, and missions. HypeJoe emphasizes fair matchmaking to ensure balanced gameplay for players of all skill levels.
UniqKiller is slated for mobile and PC release, with a closed beta scheduled for November 2024. Keep an eye on Pocket Gamer for updates and an upcoming interview with HypeJoe Games for more details.
