Prime Video Unveils Invincible Season 3's New Voice Cast, Teasing Major Villains

With Invincible: Season 3 on the horizon, Prime Video has announced a stellar addition to the voice cast. Aaron Paul voices Powerplex, John DiMaggio portrays The Elephant, and Simu Liu lends his voice to Multi-Paul, Dupli-Kate's brother. However, the most intriguing additions are shrouded in mystery: Jonathan Banks (Breaking Bad) and Doug Bradley (Hellraiser) are joining the cast, but their characters remain undisclosed. This secrecy likely protects significant plot twists in Season 3.

Speculation abounds regarding Banks and Bradley's roles. Considering Banks' expertise in portraying hardened villains, Conquest is a strong contender. This powerful Viltrumite, introduced in Invincible #61, presents a formidable challenge for Mark Grayson, setting the stage for a brutal confrontation. Season 2 hinted at this conflict, making Conquest's appearance in Season 3 highly probable.

For Bradley, two compelling possibilities exist: Dinosaurus, a villain from Invincible #68 with contrasting motivations, or Grand Regent Thragg, the overarching antagonist of the Invincible saga (first appearing in Invincible #11). Bradley's distinctive voice would lend itself well to either role. While Dinosaurus offers a more immediate threat, Thragg's introduction would mark a significant step towards the series' climax.

Another key element of Season 3 is the accelerated aging of Oliver Grayson, Mark's half-brother. Christian Convery takes over the role, portraying Oliver's preteen appearance. Oliver's unique hybrid DNA grants him rapid power development, leading him to adopt the Kid Omni-Man persona. This introduces a powerful new ally, but also a potential vulnerability for Mark.
