Together We Live Is a New Visual Novel with a Deep Story About Humanity’s Sins

Kemco's new visual novel, Together We Live, arrives exclusively on Android, offering a poignant post-apocalyptic narrative exploring human sin and redemption. Already available on Steam, this title delves into a compelling story.

A Journey of Atonement

Together We Live introduces Kyoya, whose journey begins unexpectedly. He awakens in a dimly lit room in the year 4000, nearly two millennia from his last memory. Earth is a desolate wasteland, and his only guide is a mysterious girl burdened by a heavy task.

This girl is trapped in a brutal cycle of repeated death and rebirth, endlessly atoning for humanity's past transgressions. Witnessing her suffering, Kyoya strives to introduce her to the concept of happiness.

The narrative's pacing may initially feel slow, but the deliberate build-up pays off. Subtle details and seemingly insignificant events later become crucial plot points, creating impactful twists and turns.

A Thought-Provoking Experience

Unlike many visual novels, Together We Live eschews player choices, presenting a linear interactive story. Its simple yet charming art style complements the narrative's blend of beauty and sorrow. The girl's fully voiced performance adds a haunting yet fitting touch.

Currently available in English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, the game lacks controller support. It's priced at $9.99 on the Google Play Store, or free for Google Play Pass subscribers.
