Marvel Contest of Champions has launched the Murderworld event, and it’s bringing a lot of new things! The event runs until August 7th, and it comes with a bunch of updates. There is the X-Magica Showcase and the Spring of Sorrow Gauntlet along with bug fixes and balance tweaks.Here’s What Murderworld Brings To Marvel Contest of ChampionsArcade, the master of deadly amusement parks, has set up shop in The Contest. These Murderworlds are twisted theme parks designed to entertain and annihilate in equal measure.Arcade’s not just playing around though; he’s got a high score to chase. It’s all about how many Champions he can put six feet under. Now, the heroes and villains have to outplay Arcade’s game, or maybe even team up to take down his lethal carnival.And The Stars Of The Show Are The New CharactersThe Battlerealm’s top prison, THE RAFT, is on lockdown due to Gamma Radiation. The Summoner steps in to help and encounters Patriot, who’s knee-deep in trouble. Meanwhile, friends and foes are falling under the mind control of The Leader, thanks to his gamma-enhanced brain.And here’s the most precious piece of info. Patriot, aka Eli Bradley, has a legacy to uphold, being the grandson of the first Super Soldiers.
