Vampire Survivors Unveils SaGa-Inspired DLC and Cross-Save Feature

Vampire Survivors has just released a thrilling free DLC titled Emerald Diorama, which brings a unique crossover with Square Enix’s fantasy RPG series, SaGa. This marks the game's most significant update to date, blending JRPG elements with the fast-paced action of Vampire Survivors.

Emerald Diorama Brings JRPG Vibes to Vampire Survivors

The Emerald Diorama DLC introduces an immersive new stage designed as a mini world map, offering a world-hopping experience. Players can explore over a dozen new characters, ranging from puppeteers to those who sing cursed songs, adding depth and variety to the gameplay.

This update enriches the arsenal with 16+ new weapons and introduces a novel Glimmer system. This system allows players to randomly acquire new skills during runs, enhancing strategic gameplay. Additionally, nine new music tracks have been added to enrich the auditory experience.

To unlock the Emerald Diorama, players should visit Moongolow and interact with a new merchant to purchase the Emerald Disk for 50,000 gold. From there, they can unlock the content piece by piece.

Moreover, the DLC features two new Adventures, each comprising six chapters. "To End an Ice Age" is designed for the base game, while "Tides of the Foscari" extends the narrative and gameplay of the new DLC.

Alongside the DLC, There’s Another Free Update

Simultaneously, the base game has received a free update named The Coop, which introduces a chicken-themed adventure. Players can meet a new character named Gazebo, wield a new weapon, and utilize a relic that accelerates gameplay.

The Coop update also offers numerous achievements and the chance to unlock Darkana. To fully unlock the potential of The Coop, players must collect 500 lifetime floor chickens.

Here’s a tip for maximizing your experience: when playing The Coop, refrain from killing anything for the first minute. This action unlocks the Gaze of Gaea, and combining it with Parm Aegis further unlocks Gazebo.

Vampire Survivors, along with the free Emerald Diorama DLC and The Coop update, is available on the Google Play Store. The latest updates also support cross-platform saving, allowing you to sync your progress across PC, Xbox, Android, and iOS.
