How To Find and Give Weapons to the Earth Sprite in Fortnite

Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 1 introduces Sprites, ethereal beings offering players valuable items and abilities. The Earth Sprite, the most beneficial but elusive, is found only on the new Chapter 6 map in Battle Royale, Zero Build, and Ranked modes.

Fortnite Earth Sprite Locations

The Earth Sprite boasts nearly two dozen potential spawn points, indicated by solitary lanterns (similar to the one shown above Burd). However, only two Sprites appear per match. Locating one requires checking multiple potential locations, as shown on various maps circulating online (example above from Perfect Score on YouTube). These locations include:

Offering Weapons to the Earth Sprite

The challenge lies in finding the Sprite. Once located, simply interact with it (use the interact button). This action transfers your currently equipped weapon to the Sprite, completing the Week 1 Quest and rewarding you with 25,000 XP. Your lost weapon is replaced with a random Legendary weapon, making the effort worthwhile.
