This emulator brings the classic arcade experience to your high-end Android devices, supporting over 40,000 ROMs across a variety of systems including ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, and MSX. It's important to note that MAME4droid is strictly an emulator and does not come with any ROMs or copyrighted materials.

This version of MAME4droid is optimized for high-end Android devices, reflecting the demanding specifications of the latest PC MAME version. Users should be aware that while the emulator supports a vast array of games, not all "modern" arcade games from the 90s and later will run at full speed or with complete compatibility. The performance can vary significantly from one game to another, and some may not run at all. Given the extensive range of supported titles, individual game support cannot be guaranteed, so please refrain from sending support requests for specific games.

To get started, after installing MAME4droid 2024, place your MAME-compatible zipped ROMs in the /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.seleuco.mame4d2024/files/roms folder.
