101 Çanak Okey is typically played offline with four players. The game features tiles in four colors: Red, Black, Yellow, and Blue, numbered from 1 to 13. There are also two fake Okeys and a total of 106 tiles in play. At the start, all tiles are shuffled and automatically dealt to the players. The player to the left of the dealer receives 22 tiles, while the others get 21.

Players then arrange their tiles into pairs or sequences. The remaining tiles are placed in the center of the table, and the tile turned face-up becomes the indicator tile. The Okey tile is the one that matches the color and number of the indicator tile and can be used as a wildcard.

In gameplay, if you finish with an Okey tile, your points are doubled. The normal arrangement involves creating sets of at least three tiles in two ways: either by arranging tiles of the same color in a sequence or by grouping tiles of the same number across different colors.
