Hit Games Merge: Genshin, GTA Crossover Unveiled

Ananta, formerly known as Project Mugen, is gearing up for launch. This highly anticipated game, a blend of popular titles like Genshin Impact, Zenless Zone Zero, and even elements reminiscent of GTA, is set to captivate players with its anime-style aesthetic.

Initial promotional material has generated significant buzz, showcasing a unique combination of familiar gameplay mechanics within a captivating anime setting. Ananta's release in China has been approved, with a planned 2025 launch across PC, PlayStation 5, and mobile devices.

A recent trailer unveiled Ananta as an open-world urban RPG. Players will assume the role of an A.C.D. agent, investigating mysteries within the sun-kissed coastal city of Nova. The game's development is a collaborative effort between NetEase Studios, Thunder Fire Studio, and Naked Rain, creating a large-scale project that's attracting global interest. This is largely due to its innovative combination of familiar environments and supernatural elements.

Key features highlighted include four-player team-based battles, a distinctive art style, and fluid, high-speed movement.
