Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Gameplay: A First-Person Perspective Only
Based on trailers and promotional materials, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is exclusively a first-person experience. This means there is no third-person mode available. The entire game, outside of cinematic cutscenes, is viewed from Henry's eyes.
This design choice is intentional. The developers aimed for immersive RPG gameplay, and the first-person perspective enhances the player's connection to Henry's journey. While the modding community might eventually create a third-person mod, the base game remains strictly first-person.
Although you won't control a third-person camera during gameplay, Henry's model is visible in cutscenes and during conversations with NPCs. His appearance dynamically changes based on dirt accumulation and equipped gear.
The developers are unlikely to add a third-person mode officially. Therefore, players should expect a fully first-person experience.
