The much-anticipated game, *Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown*, has made its debut on Android devices. Developed by Ubisoft, this title initially launched on PC in January 2024. As a metroidvania action game, you step into the shoes of Sargon, a youthful warrior and a member of the elite group known as the Immortals.
Your mission begins with Queen Thomyris tasking you and your squad with the crucial mission of rescuing her son, Prince Ghassan. This quest leads you to Mount Qaf, a once-divine city now plagued by time-warped creatures and cursed landscapes. Though it's a single mountain, Mount Qaf is brimming with diverse areas such as a ruined temple and a forgotten desert. The map, despite its vastness, is intricately interconnected, allowing you to capture photos of your surroundings to aid in navigation.
*Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown* introduces innovative mechanics like the ability to drop a shadow and teleport back to it at will, enhancing the dynamism of both platforming and combat. Scattered across the map, amulets offer the chance to customize Sargon's abilities, adding depth to your gameplay. Sargon's ultimate moves, known as Athra Surges, provide spectacular ways to conclude battles. Additionally, engaging in various quests not only enriches the backstory of Mount Qaf but also rewards you with numerous collectibles and challenges.
