The Sims 4 continues to evolve with the gradual introduction of long-awaited features, and it seems another one may be on the horizon. Recently, burglars made a return to the game, giving the community reason to believe this might not be the last popular feature Maxis plans to reintroduce.
Data miners have unearthed a new option that could allow players to customize character aging. While the functionality isn't currently active in the game, traces of these sliders were found buried within the game files. At this stage, the discovery is at the "blueprint" level—merely remnants of code that haven't yet been implemented.

Enthusiastic modders are now exploring whether it's possible to activate the character aging slider in its current state. However, there's no confirmation yet on whether this feature can be fully utilized or if it will eventually become an official addition by Maxis. Regardless, the find has generated significant buzz among fans who are eager to see more customization options for their Sims in the near future.
