The official KFC South Africa app is your gateway to an exclusive range of offers and the convenience of ordering your favorite KFC dishes online. With this app, you can easily order your meals and choose to collect them in-restaurant, via Curbside, or through the Drive-Thru, with limited delivery options currently available.

• Delivery through the App: At present, delivery is available at 450 KFC restaurants across South Africa. We are committed to expanding our delivery network, with plans set for early 2022. Keep an eye out for updates. Meanwhile, collection services are offered at 850 restaurants nationwide.

• Quick and Easy Ordering: Use the app to order your KFC favorites for quick collection or pickup at your nearest KFC location. Depending on the restaurant, you can opt for in-store collection from the front counter, Drive-Thru pickup where available, or Curbside collection.

• Contactless Payment: For a safer and faster experience, consider using the app’s contactless payment option. This helps protect both you and our team members.

• Hot 'n Fresh Collection: When you're ready to pick up your order, use the app's "check-in" feature to ensure your food is prepared fresh and hot. Simply show your order number at the designated pickup counter or drive-thru window to collect your meal.

• Registration and Exclusive Deals: Registering an account on the app allows you to browse the KFC delivery and collection menu. Enjoy our legendary original recipe chicken swiftly and take advantage of online exclusive deals available only through the KFC Hook-App South Africa.

• Curbside Collection: For added convenience, order online and park in a dedicated bay at participating KFC restaurants. Your order will be brought directly to your car, available at over 50 locations.
