1-) Why can't I log into the application? It either shows an error or logs me out.

There could be several reasons behind this issue. First, ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you're using the most recent version of the app. Here are the common culprits:

a. Mismatch between your Interactive user and VUU user. This causes the application to fail.

b. Your VIU user might not be activated or lacks the necessary permissions. Typically, this results in a blank page within the app.

c. Your session might have expired. User sessions are periodically terminated for security reasons. To fix this, tap the authority button in the top right corner to log out and then log back in.

2-) How can I reset my password?

Our system is integrated with Interactive, so you can reset your password directly through the Interactive platform.

3-) Why am I not receiving notifications?

Ensure that you've enabled notifications for the app. You can verify this by going to Settings > Applications > Parent Communication Triangle. If notifications are on and you're still not receiving them, try logging out and then logging back into the app.
